Handmade goodness for the Holiday!
Handmade goodness for the Holiday!

Handmade gifts are the PERFECT personal touch.  Photo gifts are  special treasures.

Since I love “all things mini”, I decided to create some mini photo cards for holiday gift wrapping.  Pick a size, print your images, adhere to the card, and round the corners.  Most craft stores sell corner rounders.

Why not create a photo book for your holiday gift-giving?  One of my favorite companies is Paper Coterie.  I made this book through them.  Their products are fabulous and the software is easy to use.  www.papercoterie.com

Search for the perfect frame for a special image.  People love receiving a framed picture!

Mini albums are so fun.  You can buy chipboard at your local scrapbook stores.  Glue pictures to the chipboard.  Add a metal book ring and ribbon.

More mini albums!

I love recycling items.  This little tin was transformed into a personalized paper clip holder for my desk.  I used a round paper punch to cut the image and then glued it to the lid of the tin.  Now I get to look at my ADORABLE grandson everyday!  Be sure to check back tomorrow, because we aren’t finished with the handmade photo gifts yet!  Thanks for visiting!

These handmade ideas are so beautiful! LOVE the mini prints. Thank you for sharing ideas and beautiful images. What a cute grandson! 🙂

  • Such inspiration! I find MAKING Christmas gifts makes it feel much less commercial for me and have done so for years! Different mediums different years…but the past few have been using my photographs…and I continue to learn more wys to incorporate them! Thanks!
